Project Description:
I would need an animated, cute looking dwarf for a primary school math education program.
The dwarf should be animated to do multiple things:
1) drag or push numbers sidewards
2) hang from a number and swing
3) express joy if a solution is correct
4) encourage if a solution is incorrect
As this project is planned for multiple platforms, the animation should be easily scalable. Eventually vector graphics?

Animated SVG might be an option. Flash is not working on our target platforms. The dwarf should be cute and children friendly; children should just love it.

Google Swiffy is available to convert Flash to animated SVG. It would be in the responsibility of the bidder to make sure the the generated SVG works in the current SVG engines.
