Project Description:
What I'm looking for is a way to display a H.264 stream on a UIScrollView, with the ability to zoom and pan. Performance should be good, framerate may drop during zooming and panning.

You'll need to:
- Find a way to decode a H.264 stream
- Place the videostream on a UIScrollView
- Enable scrolling and panning on the UIScrollView (pinch to zoom in and out, double tap to zoom to fit, double tap again to zoom to actual size, when zoomed in swipe to pan)

Also when you find a way to zoom and pan as described above, without using a UIScrollView, please leave a bid.
