Proposal

Hi, I need someone with project management/ Business development experience, ideally from the US/ UK to improve our current proposal for our web services. I have done the best i could, and would say it is about 90% complete, but i want it to sound good, and sentencing corrected if need be. I want a winning proposal that will wow clients, but it has to be kept generic so that it can be eisily adapted. Do not give me a standard reply. I will discount you immediately. I think it will not take more than 5 hours work. please quote for this amount as a maximum. Also if you have examples of proposals that you have written, that please attach sampples. I need this doing ASAP. Current proposal will be sent to you once you have been shortlisted, according to your abiity.
