Flash site with opening animation

Hi all,
I am looking for a flash developer to work on a website for me.? However, the real key to the site will be an opening animation which therefore suggests this project would be best suited to someone used to creating animations / doing design work.
The site itself is going to be flash-based with 5 simple pages to it.? These will not be hard to design and the only design work needed on these is an almost cartoon-like picture on the bottom-right of each page - I'll explain in more detail to the successful bidder.
HOWEVER, the main work will be on the opening animation.? This will consist of a man in red (ideally stick like or silhouettes).? He will be talking to a crowd of people, but this crowd will be walking around not paying much attention.? These people? will all be different colours (although not too many colours - maybe 4 or 5).? However, as the man talks people stop and turn to pay attention to the man and also then turn the same colour as the speaker.? Gradually everyone ends up the same colour looking up at the man speaking.? Ultimately this is to represent unity and everyone being persuaded by the talker to stop and pay attention.
This opening animation will only be for about 10 seconds or so and therefore is not massive.? Once this has finished the main site will appear. and the rest is the simple 5-page set-up I have described already.
Obviously the opening animation will take the most work.? However, the rest of the site is pretty basic and although will need to look good, will have no complexity apart from some navigation, email links etc.
Incidentally, i do work in Flash myself so will be able to guide etc. and also to understand how complex things are - it's just that I am not a good designer / animator!
I am looking to pay around the $200 - $300 mark for this although as usual I'll be looking at a money versus quality thing.? Similarly, I am puting this as an open option as my pricing may be out.
Time frames will be within the next few weeks ideally to have something finished by end of November at the latest (this is after any modifications I require etc).
The winning bidder will have to be prepared to make changes as required until I and my partners are happy.
