I want to essentially copy this cartoon with no text information other than "I’ll make them pay" - The words on the chest of the main character will change. Also I want to make the names of the insurance carriers on the briefcases more legible and change the names. (Allstate, AIG, Metlife, Farmers, State Farm, etc) This will be used for the "home page" of a website that I wish to create. I expect to make further changes over time as the development evolves. The area in red outside the white border will NOT be included as well as any text in the red outer area will not be included.
