Project Description:
I am starting a photo printing business. This project is to build the following:
1. Iphone App
2. Android App
3. Website (similar to www.picplum.com)
4. Back end order processing + Admin panel
The unique service we want to offer is mobile "ordering" of prints directly from the phone's gallary or camera. This requires us to build a unique android and iphone app. Here is the flow:
From Camera:
1. User takes picture with App
2. User is presented with option to print pictures. They click Yes.
2.A. If user has funds, the account is debited
2.B. If user does not have funds, user is asked to deposit funds now or later to complete transaction
3. User selects recipients and number of photos each
4. Photos come to our server system for processing. (You will build an interface and backend to receive photos and get them ready for processing.)
5. We print photos and ship to the recipients
From Gallery
1. User launches app
2. User selects photos which to print from gallery
3. User selects recipients and number of photos each
4. Photos come to our server system for processing.
5. We print photos and ship to the recipients
If you would like to bid on this project, please submit 2 samples of iphone apps that you created before as well as 2 websites you have created before. If you are only an iphone developer and not a web developer, it may be possible to split the project. However, because of the functionality, you would need to work with website developer to integrate the ordering backend.
