Php aspx site

Hello. I need to make a site in php that will be something very simple, like a multipage form. This is about visitors to create custom logo design directly on the website, based on some information they input. They will have to pay and receive vector file. You will better understand reading the brief attached. What i need to do is - the visitor when accessing the landing page - to have a white page with a text box in center - the name of the company. second page - the same - the type of the logo - and 4 versions with radio box select. and i want all the time somwhere on the page to have a preview for the logo that will change when they select something. also - other pages will be - type of the icon (rounded, triangle, square), after this they will choose an icon(i will input the templates where to choose from), colours for the icon and text, posibility to choose the font for the text, and in the end a shop module. I need also an admin area. I think this job will be done using php and aspx. i am not an expert, i just read like this. I want only coding part and css, graphic part i will do. i am waiting for your bids on this project. thank you.
