I need a website developed
A contest website where users enter as contestants, submit videos, photos and other users can register as Judge and vote on each contest, winner selected based on the highest. The contestant with highest vote gets features on homepage. They would also like to give people the opportunity to start their own beauty contest for instance in different cities/countries on the site and pay a fee to post their contest. .
The contest should have stats on the number of views (members, nonmembers) and activity. The contestant profile should have a place for people to comment and an interactive forum.
Admin needs to be able to approve users to be Judges. I can assist with design and layout if needed.
