Convert Mobile Site to ImpressPagesCMS Theme

Hi there! Really simple conversion, all I need done is a conversion of a html/css/javascript iPhone site to an ImpressPagesCMS ([login to view URL]) theme. Please make sure that the theme can be moved to any installation and still works (calls upon php from config not just direct URL) Attached is a copy of the site that needs to be converted & ImpressPages' latest version. Documentation for ImpressPages & Conversion can be found at [login to view URL] Please convert it properly so that -images are replaceable -the first and last item on the white menu is not movable (refer to pictures) -it properly generates url's for all content using php -it works flawlessly with ImpressPages SEO system -all css is integrated with the modules -pages are added (just a menu echo with php) -all around, it works as it should I also added some photos to point out clear things that I'd like done.
