Simple Futsal Tounament Management web

I will have a one-day futsal tournament among our friends. There would be 2 categories, ie Senior and Junior. For each category, they will be divided into groups. So the format of matches would be group matches and the top two of each group will go to playoffs until only 2 team will reach the final for each category. For the frontend, i need a one-page-show-all because it will be projected to a big screen. The page shall contain the standings, fixtures & result, top scorer for both categories. A ticker-style would be good to show the fixtures&result plus the top scorer. The page needs to have auto-refreshed feature. On the backend, the admin will have a page to manually arrange the matches. Also a page to arrange the team participated into their respective groups, manually. Admin also would key-in the player names manually for each team. This would be useful for top scorer determination. While the game is played, admin shall be able to update the score and the scorers, and with that, we would be able to see the current standings, results and top scorers on the big screen instantenously (or almost). I will provide the banner. Php and mysql is preferred since the sw will run on linux server.
