Job Description
looking for computer technicians to work remotely
Remote support is provided for our clients. Candidates must be accomplished communicators by phone and in writing, and be able to interact professionally with our clients over the phone. This position requires an energetic self-starter with a desire to take on new tasks and learn new skills in order to support a changing/evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, respond to and resolve issues for desktop, laptop, related peripherals, network printers, security camera systems and environment paging systems
· Provide support and administration for the MS Office Suite, business applications as well as antivirus and encryption utilities
· Assist Senior IT Support Technicians in the support and maintenance of the server infrastructure and enterprise applications

· Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications · Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple deadlines
· Strong ability to learn, use and master new, · Ability to work independently with minimum unfamiliar technologies supervision
· Strong interest and passion in information
security Qualifications Considered an Asset
· Triage, troubleshooting and repair of all forms of system & desktop related problems · One or more of the following certifications: A+,
· Troubleshooting basic network, software and MCSE/A, MCDST
printing problems · Network/Information Security background
· Support of the Microsoft Office package ·
· Experience as a member in a team environment · Electronics knowledge
· Experience working with a service management
ticketing system for Incident, Change and Request Management
