I have website design made in Photoshop, I need to mark it up - split it into XHTML code with images/CSS/HTML to footer, header, menu part, content part. There are following kind of pages: index page, categories list, subcategories list, product page, forum pages. It differs with central content part and right column. HTML code should be compatible with IE 5+; Opera 6+; Mozilla 1.3+; FF 1+
1. Images should be optimized to smallest size preserving quality.
2. central (content) part should be placed at HTML code as much as possible to the beggining - check [login to view URL] (middlecol - central column placed in HTML code before left menu and right ads colulmn - special XHTML techniques requred.
3. There should be javascript DHTML menu at the top as it is shown at 02_manuals_dhtml menu. (following data will be provided for javascript menu code and it should be built from this data: subcategories array with sections, links array, parent category. Menu should be shown on mouse cursor hover over top menu category label.
4. Images should be splitted into 3 folders: product images, brand images, misc design (element backgrounds, buttons, bullets, etc). HTML code should be XHTML based on DIVs CSS not TABLE tags.
