Google Apps Script - Automated Spreadsheet Import

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can write script to automate daily data importing from csv files into a google sheet.
We use a new google sheet each week to calculate production for each day, see example here:

We have two online platforms that we receive orders through, one for wholesale customers and another for retail customers.
For wholesale we use Ordermentum - www.ordermentum.com. To access the production reports we have to: 1. Open the "orders" page 2. Select the relevant delivery date 3. Export the production report for that date This data needs to populate into the relevant date column of the "ORDERMENTUM" tab in the google sheet. See sample production report attached ([login to view URL]) - this is for the items required by customers on Saturday May 4th. This data is not available to access without exporting it to a csv file.
For retail orders we use Shopify but use two apps to provide the data to our production team so that they know when the customer has selected to pick up their order - Zapiet Pick + Delivery to assign an order pickup/delivery date (it does so by adding date tags to orders) and Report Pundit to organise this information into production reports. See an example Report Pundit export for Sunday May 5th (Production - Daily [login to view URL]) This data needs to populate into the relevant date column of the "SHOPIFY" tab in the google sheet.
All of our products have SKUs assigned which also populate in the reports, I'm now adding these to our google sheet as I assume they will be necessary for correctly assigning the data. See sample reports attached - the one ending in "new_" is the retail report, the other the wholesale report.
I need the final process to be simple for my kitchen team to use ideally with a user interface where they can complete the data import without accessing code, they will select the date that the product in each report relates to, whether it's wholesale or retail, and upload the report.
