You are responsible for the design of the site, the logo, and the development of the web application.

**High Level Requirements:** This is a Service Provider Directory web application. Providers can register for accounts and build a portfolio. Visitors to the site can browse by category or search for using any criteria from the provider portfolios.

> b. Providers are required to pay a subscription fee via PayPal to complete registration (this will not be included in the first release but will be added after 60-90 days of launch).
> c. Providers have a username and password. d. Providers can retrieve their password using their email address.
> 2. Registered providers can create and edit a searchable profile.
> a. Editing profiles are slightly different for individuals and companies.

3. You will provide us with several mock-ups based on our requirements.
4. You will provide us with logo design.
