I hoped that filing a dispute for the milestone payment would motivate them to speed things up, but nothing was accomplished. They are EXTREMELY difficult to get a hold of, and they never seem to understand what you need even when you explain it to them several times OVER THE COURSE OF SEVERAL DAYS/WEEKS. They even had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to host on their servers EVEN THOUGH MY PROJECT EXPLICITLY STATED THAT I NEEDED THEM TO SET IT UP ON MY VPS.
