The jisoft has failed to complete the project within his own set deadline. Despite numerous attempts to contact him after the deadline, he hasn't got back to me with any sort of explanation. I haven't received even the slightest part of the project for which reason I would very strongly deter anyone from ever accepting an offer from this user. The matter will be brought forward to freelancer.com

452265 Private project offer for JiSoft

I'm not sure what happened to this programmer. Jisoft disappeared and various efforts to communicate over a period of nearly 6 months (for what was supposed to be a very short project) went unanswered. I nearly lost my Escrow. We're at the 6 month mark now and if I don't write this review now I lose my chance. So here it is. This is the only time I've rated somebody a 1 in over 50 projects.
