Networking program in java

Project is incomplete as per dispute. DO NOT HIRE HIM. HE USES PROFANITY IN THE END AND IS NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL. Was asking me to release all the milestone then only he would send me the code thinking I am new. DID NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION AND DOES NOT KEEP IN CONTACT EITHER. Do yourself a favor and dont hire a rude and characterless person like him.

The initial agreement was that the project would be finished in a timespan of 1 day. He got a little extra time but now that we are 4(!) weeks further I didn't receive any message whatsoever. He promised he would be online at a certain day. I waited the entire day but didn't see him...
