Starmanager64 (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract to upload all deliverables to the site by the deadline or they would forfeit the project. Starmanager64 did not do so. All funds in escrow were returned to MimarSinan (the employer).

In my experience on vWorker rarely does a worker come along who has a genuine interest in ensuring what is delivered is done so cleanly and with contructive input, however here is one. It is my opinion that 10/10 should not be handed out as a matter of course unless definitely deserved and I am more than happy to give this worker 10. I recommend him and will be using him again myself shortly.
