Since you asked for printing version, For very printing friendly, I change the color into solid one (not using gradient), and change a bit the font to be bolder to increase readibility in smaller size. I hope it does the job. Any modification to suits your need, please let me know. Thanks

Pretty good! It just doesn't have our site name anywhere. I'd like to see the ribbon turned into more of a seal.

Ok, Noted. Surely I will add your site name. At this moment, I'm not sure what kind of 'the ribbon into more seal' that you exactly have in mind, but no worry, I will give you a couple of option in my next revised entry. I'll send them soon.
