     The contest is to produce an original line art combining (mashing up) elements of doctor who, alice in wonderland, and electronic pcboard design. I am looking for unique designs. Contests do not work like other projects. In a contest, multiple participants submit their finished designs. One winner is chosen and that person receives the awarded money. An example of a mashup similar to this theme would be a tardis created from pc board traces with a Cheshire cat sitting on it or opening the door. Or another example could be a clock and rabit together drawn in the style of pcboard traces. These are two examples only, there are thousands of ways the combination of those themes could be drawn.

     The image you provided is a copy of a well known scene in Disney's Alice in Wonderland. It does not meet the criteria of a mashup, or original art. At best you copied http://www.disneyclips.com/funstuff/images/dinahcoloring.gif and http://img04.deviantart.net/71c7/i/2009/091/7/4/alice_and_dinah_by_kyoishott13.jpg and merged the two.
