Contest Brief

I would like a logo creating which is a recreation of the attached image (not an exact copy) along with the logo text 'Phoenix Property Works'. The attached image is copyright, therefore it would need recreating to be similar, except I would like the following alterations please:

- Keep colours the same, except for the yellow at top of feather, can this be made more golden yellow.
- Around the edge of feather where the speckles are, that needs to look like golden embers or sparks floating upwards
- Whole image is to give the impression of being glorious, as in something amazing rising upwards.
