  This is a cv so focus is really on candidate. so if i were you i put a small logo at the top. then under logo phone | email | website in small prints

  As we are a company, I would imagine our logo displayed somewhere (probably at the top) and our contact details should not a major part of the CV, but rather say under the logo or footer (people who receive our CV already know us anyway)
