Tables, icon set, draft of design page included. Just notice: Too difficult to create a proffesional design pages in WORD or PAGES. File in Word (120 pages) will be have too large size ( ?? MB). I propose to create it in Adobe Indesign (proffesional soft), you will get high quality PDF file. Unfortunatelly you can't do changes, but I can support you..... If you decide to use only WORD, I can do it too))

    Hi Azzulex, thanks for this. Much appreciated! Overall I like it. Adobe pdf is fine. Will you be able to create a dynamic header with the current chapter? Example would be "König der Sportwetten-Tool - Chapter 1"? Would you be able to create a cover page?
