Ms Access

I'm sending screenshots of my solution. Can't upload access file here. Spreadsheet can be done as MS Access form in datasheet view. PID, WBS and Department are selected from combo box. Month and Year are calculated automatically based on PID (not sure if I understood that correctly) Hours are entered manually. In this way, there will be one spreadsheed for all PIDs and each record will have attributed month, year and hour separately. Data from this form are collected in table BOE, which is mostly based on IDs to occupy as little space as possible. Everything else should be queried. I hope that this solution works for you. Please let me know if there is something I can correct or if you would like me to send you the database any other way. Thanks
