  Hello there, I need to know something.
  1st of all the text effect you want can't be done in Indesign. It must be finished in photoshop for perfect viewing. But i can link that up with your indesign file. But if you want to change the name you need to work on PSD file which will be linked up with Indesign file, and then if you update the link it will change in Indesign file according to PSD file update.
  Don't worry it's a simple task & if I do the job I'll send you a video tutorial to work with.
  But I need to know will you accept this kind of file? If so I would like to work on this. Because I love challenges.
  & also many question I have but depend upon your answer. Thank you.

     Hello Renard,
     You can use PSD files and you do not need to make exactly te same als the samples it is just for example what i mean with personalisation. The more unique you can maken it the better ;-)

     Well... I can't understand this line you wrote on description... "this is an A5 reclining double card, so 4 pages A5"
