Contest Brief

I am looking for a freelancer to design a very specific logo for our small business. We would be using this logo for our company branding, t-shirts, marketing etc. Our company is called Woodchuck Delivery.

We are a family owned firewood company in the Austin, TX area. We cater to residential customers as well as high profile restaurant clients around the city. Our company is rapidly expanding and we need a logo that matches our professional, yet fun and friendly service.

Our mascot is a woodchuck.

We are looking for a more modern and streamlined design for our business. Our current logo looks too similar to clipart and our font is not unique enough. That being said, we want to keep the woodchuck as our mascot but update his overall appearance.

We like how it is easy to read but also has the swashes and accents included. We particularly like the underlined "o" and that the text looks streamlined no matter what letter is swashed. We want our woodchuck to have some kind of resemblance to this bear.

We want our logo to be similar in that it has no outline and is in color. However, we want the design to be simple enough so that if we wanted an outline only, black and white version, we could do this. That being said please feel free to use your own creativity and put your spin on things.

Overall, we want really clean lines and versatility.
