How long will my carpets take to dry?
Most carpets typically need 6-10 hours to dry completely. However, it could take up to 24 hours depending on the time of year, air circulation, humidity and temperature in your home. We recommend keeping windows open for ventilation and heating on to aid the drying times.

Can I walk on the carpets whilst they are drying?
You can walk on the carpets whilst they are drying. Use the overshoe covers provided if you are wearing shoes or socks.

Can I move my furniture back onto the carpet when it is damp?
We advise you leave the furniture off the carpets whilst they are damp as any furniture with real wood or metal can permanently damage the carpet. If you do move any furniture back into the rooms whilst it’s damp, use kitchen foil underneath the legs to prevent any wood dye damage or rust, remove the foil after 24 hours when the carpets are 100% dry.

How does stain protection work?
Many carpet and upholstery manufacturers recommend stain protection. The protector works by forming an invisible barrier around each individual fibre, this gives the fibres maximum protection against dirt, spills & stains. It also prevents dry soil from sticking to the fibres. Stain protection will last up to 4 years or until your next professional clean.

What should I do if I get a stain?
Get some kitchen towel or a clean microfibre cloth and blot the stain. For the best chance of success, act quickly! For best results use our Premium Stain Remover on most types of carpets and soft furnishings.
