Alter two images and add logo's in certain parts

Contest Brief

We would like a Photoshop expert to touch up two images:

YHA-Edale-Activities-026
- Touch up both of the girl's life jackets (currently these look faded please brighten up the red colour)
- Remove the brand on the sleeve (girl on the left)
- Add the logo (attached) too the girls helmet on the right

YHA-Edale-Activities-096
- Touch up both of the girl's life jackets (currently these look faded please brighten up the red colour)
- Remove the white text on the green canoe in the background
- Touch up the red canoe, so this brightens the colour and removes all the scratches
- Add a logo (attached) to the red canoe on the left side (front)
- Add a logo (attached) to the girl's helmet on the right

These changes must look natural and not make the photo look like it has been edited.

We also require the image size to remain the same
We also require the raw .psd file
We also require the final published image (.jpg) to be fully HD.

We're looking for a suitable freelance photoshop expert in which we can provide a lot more future work.
