Contest Brief

We are looking for a design for a front portico.

Requirement:
Provide shelter to front doors
Integrate with existing house facade

Initial drawing/sketch is fine.

There is no limit to size, please draw what you think will provide the best combination of visual appearance and functionality.

Refer pictures for house style; it is a mix of Georgian and Federal architecture.

We have sufficient bricks available to construct from brick if that is your design.

I have added photos of the palladian arch; if doing a curved roof, can you please try and mirror this styling so that it looks like the main facade. Thank you for all your work.

Unbelievable.
I really cannot understand the evaluation criteria of these competitions.
I did all the realistic 3D modeling, rendered it in high resolution and didn't get a good rating.
A huge job for nothing.
