Hi, My name is April Holdsworth

I am currently writing a book called --Courageous Decisions-- and would like a full book cover - front, back and sides.

The tag line at the moment is: A pathway to freedom, independence and power (this may change slightly)

I would like my name to be quite prominent on the front cover.

I saw the image of the fish jumping out of the bowl but perhaps another image for demonstrating courage?

I would like a small photo of me on the bottom right corner of the back cover.

Blue / Black is my preference for colouring.

  Actually the name is there on the design. It got cropped in the preview. I had included your name at the bottom of the cover in a font size little smaller than the title font.
