Contest Brief

I would like to create a real estate signage for my company. I don't actually have a logo so it would be great if I could get a logo and the signage all at once. I attached some photos just so you can see some examples of what I am looking for. Most real estate signages are boring so I am looking for something simple but more creative, with some style and vibrant colors, for example, lime green. Some information that I would like to have on the signage includes company name which is Best Home Realty, Inc. and contact information Richard Lee 240-907-7139
