Contest Brief

I've attached an image to this project, if you look you'll see how this girl has a border for her overlay and I would love something very similar to this design with similar colors or if you think other colors would look good then feel free to experiment with this.

Also my Twitch name is JAYWALKINKLE and I don't have any social media other than my YouTube which is jaywalkinkle also.

I would like for this to be animated with just the colors.
