Contest Brief

Qrate.TV is a startup website which allows you to build queues (playlists) of videos from YouTube, Vimeo, DailyMotion, LiveLeak, MetaCafe and Vube. The contest is to create the most popular queue, as determined by the rating (score) of the queue.

What you need to do:
1. Go to www.qrate.tv and create an account
2. Go to the dashboard and select "Create a queue". Give your queue a catchy title.
3. Go to the dashboard and select "My queues". Find the queue you just created and then open it.
4. Create a queue of videos by inserting the relevant URL.
5. You can change the order of videos by moving them up or down in the list. You can delete them.
6. You can select "permissions" and make the queue a private queue, if you want to choose who can view and/or edit your queues (from among your friends on the site)
7. You can rate the queue, which adds 1 to the overall rating. Selecting "don't rate" will subtract 1 from the rating.
8. You can share the queue via the share button on a wide range of social media.

Notes:
1. Only users who are logged in can select "rate" or "don't rate" for a queue
2. Each user can only rate a queue once.
3. You'll need to market your queue on social media etc. to get your friend and other users to rate it.

Terms & Conditions:
1. The queue with the highest overall rating at the end of the contest will win the prize.
2. My decision on the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Users who are obviously cheating by creating multiple accounts will be disqualified.
4. Queues with content which is pornographic, excessively violent or criminal may also be disqualified, at my discretion.

  I'm very sorry: I can't track the number of rates someone had in the past, I can only see who had the highest score at the time I awarded the contest. I am going to change the site before I run another contest so that it records "views" instead, and I will use that to determine the winner.
