Contest Brief

we are a opticians looking for a A0 poster to be put into our window. i have upload the background that i want used and also a sample image of the text.
The text should read 'How does a child know that this is not normal?' the text should appear blurred

i require a photoshop file so that i can make changes in the future if necessary and also a font file if used. should be quick and easy job. thanks

please use the adobe stock file as the background.
the second file is just a example of what i am trying to achieve.
