Clickfunnels Landing Page for VSL

Contest Brief

I am looking for a talented designer to create a VSL landing page template with 2 goals:
1. The visitor watches the VSL
2. The visitor submits their information and goes to the next step (usually Book a Call)

The landing page should have a minimalist style that can be flexible enough to align with different brands. We are an agency and we build these for our clients - mostly local, service-based clients such as Dentists, Plumbers, Roofers, HVAC, Artificial Turf/Grass, Commercial Cleaning, Coaching..etc.

We would like to have 1-3 sections on the page - with the highest priority of getting the visitor to watch the video sales letter - the video is always 3-4 minutes in length.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Graphic design and layout skills
- Experience creating landing pages that generate leads/conversions/actions
- Ability to create a minimalist design that is visually appealing and on-brand

We have copywriters, so we don't need copy written - but spaces/blocks for such copy.
- You can use copy from the attached example (don't have to use all copy, and can request more if needed)

We use Clickfunnels for this project.

- Needs to look GREAT on both Desktop & Mobile
- Attaching OLD example, but open to ALL ideas!

Further details about us: We create VSL videos for service-based industries for lead gen and qualification.

DELIVERABLE: We'd like a WORKING TEMPLATE we can import and modify for this client in our own Clickfunnels account. Client's current version is attached.

FORM:
I'm open to having a form on the page (name, email, phone) as a 1st step form. Though, I'm also open to having the CTA click to a pop-up with the form. Either way, this again should be easily customisable if we need to add additional form questions (location, service drop-down). So i'm open to having it on the page or via pop-up.

There is nothing in the attachment section. Could you please put the old(current) design and copy?

My approach towards web design is copy first approach. This means we have to get the copywriting done first. Based on the tone and length of the copy, I can design an appropriate, conversion focused design.
