Contest Brief

I need a logo designed for my business. I own and develop residential rental properties in the Midwest. We are currently growing and expanding in our market and looking to establish a "brand." Help us create a visual representation of the company! When we formed the business (almost two years ago), we created the name by conjoining parts from the name/landmarks from two neighborhoods in the first city we bought in, Toledo, OH--Hampton Park & Swan Creek. We are open to your ideas, but any representation of Toledo is helpful--we are known as the Glass City. Let's see what you've got!
