Contest Brief

I am looking for a developer to convert an excel file with 11 worksheets into an iPad app. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating apps with data visualization features.

Features:
- The app should have data visualization capabilities for easy understanding and analysis of the data.
- It should allow data entry and calculations for efficient data management.

Worksheet Functionality:
- The worksheets should function independently, without any interlinking.
- The first page has the input table ( with the ability to edit / copy /paste manually ) and 4 main buttons ( PPA / Cash purchase /Finance / Prepaid )
- Each page of these ( PPA / Cash purchase /Finance / Prepaid ) should have buttons to the relative sheet for example ( PPA should have buttons to go NY-PPA, NJ-PPA, HI-PPA ) Also each sheet should show all the charts / tables and info as showing in the excel sheet
- Design should look nice and 100% compatible with ipad screen size .
- Each page should have a way to go back to main page (home) also to go back to the previous page.
-Colors used must be elegant and matching.


Design Preferences:
- The app should be visually appealing, with a focus on aesthetics.
- A simple and functional design that is easy to navigate and use.

Overall, I am seeking a developer who can create a visually appealing iPad app with data visualization features and independent worksheet functionality.

    I have revised the app, and this is my final offer:
    The first screen features five main buttons: Input Tables/PPA/Cash Purchase/Finance/Prepaid.
    Input Tables has three main buttons: Power Purchase/Ownership/Other Variables
    PPA/Cash Purchase/Finance/Prepaid each have three main buttons: NY/NJ/HI.
    NY/NJ/HI each have two main buttons: Chart 1 & 2.
    Each screen includes a "Previous" button that takes you to the previous menu and a "Home" button that returns you to the main page.
    Currently, only the Power Purchase Input Table is functional. It calculates the unit rate, electricity cost, average bill from the previous year, utility rate with the hike, new average, solar production, and solar bill coverage. If you want the other tables to be functional, you'll need to increase the prize. #increaseprize
    Additionally, the charts are generated based only on the parameters from your first sheet. If you want charts for all sheets, you'll need to increase the prize.

    Please provide clarification on the following points:
    - Would you like the first screen to feature both 4 buttons and the 3 tables (Power Purchase, Ownership, Other Variables), or just the 4 buttons?
    - Is "Unleashing the Power of Solar Energy" the name of one of the 4 buttons? If so, what are the names of the other buttons?
    - How would you like the menu to be structured? For example, is Button 1 named "Home," and clicking on Button 1 will navigate to 3 other buttons called "Power Purchase," "Ownership," and "Other Variables"?
    - I've noticed only 9 spreadsheets, where are the remaining ones? Additionally, there appears to be a password on your file, which is causing one or more protected items to be unable to be exported.

      Firstly, I am not allowed by Freelancer to initiate a chat unless you declare me the winner of the contest. However, you can contact any freelancer who submitted entries in your contest.

      Secondly, I don't need any more spreadsheets because I already mentioned that the workload is too substantial for the $60 compensation. My comment about the spreadsheets was referring to the inconvenience created by Excel requiring a password every time I accessed certain sections of your file.

      Thirdly, if you declare me the winner of the contest, you will receive the app with nine buttons on the main page and only one input table that calculates the unit rate, the electricity cost, the average bill from last year, the utility rate with the hike, the new average, solar production, and the solar bill coverage.

      If you don't increase the prize, I will not develop anything else for this app.
