Contest Brief

I need a real estate sign designed. I have rough idea of idea attached but I need it to look very professional. The size will be 48" x 48" total but there will be two signs (top & bottom). Top will be 48"wide x 36" tall, bottom will be 48"W x 12" tall. I would like to use the colors from my logo into the sign.

I will need to be able to edit the bottom sign in photoshop.
