Contest Brief

We are wanting to design a new and fun thumbnail for our YouTube Channel for the "Want to be our Neighbour" series. We would like it to be editable so that we can switch out the pictures based on the neighbourhood being featured. It would be great if it incorporates our team colors and fonts as well in a creative way. Our style guide is attached that dictates our colors and fonts.

We love the look of this page: https://www.youtube.com/c/TheGenuineREALTOR as we like the appeal of having similar but alternating colors that go together so cohesively. As you will notice, our other thumbnails are consistent with brand colors and fonts and we would like them all blend together nicely.

Other than that, we are open to interpretation!

Files required would be an editable PSD file.
