I need a template created for business owners to fill out in order to get a clear definition of their customers.

I have attached some example customer personas to inspire you.

I want the template you create to be visually applealing and very easy to follow, you can add graphics as long as they don't clutter the template - i want a nice clean look

If you prefer, you could make the template almost entirely a graphic with entires for users to fill out.

I am looking for ultra - creative entries

I have attached a logo I would like you to append to your template.

Here Are the entries i would like for you to include in the template (you do not have to follow this exact order, just make sure the order is logical).

Bio of ideal customer
Age
marital status
location
gender
income
financial situation (eg comfrtoable / struggling. amount in savings etc)
occupation
motivations
frustrations
goals
daily tech devices(devices used on a daily basis)
daily media usage (eg youtube, spotify etc)
typical daily routine
hobbies
favourite entertainment
worries and fears
what influences this person (other people or activities)
top 3 painpoints
how we can help
online behavours (eg facebook ,twitter etc)

This does not have to all fit on one page, it can be a multiple page document.

The tempalte document should be A4 size and in any of the following formats:

PDF
JPG
PNG

and also in excel format so that it can be edited online too (doesnt have to be excel could be an editable pdf)

There is a possibility of more work in the future for the succesful candidate

Hi, yes I can do that, I can provide you a pdf version and also a PSD version just in case you might need to edit the original files. I can deliver the work today, I'll be around for 2 hours more so let me know as soon as you so I can start working.

  i updated the details of the contest slighlyt.
  
  I want users to have the abiltiy to either print out the tempate and fill in the entires by hand or fill in the entires online via an excel doc versino or edtible pdf version
