Contest Brief

Sustainable Quality is looking for someone with quality design experience and potentially marketing to help us create a distinct product insert to place in customer order boxes with our launch product. The launch product is a cute gift paper bag with a bow.

Insert
The ultimate goal of the insert is for customers to be compelled to write a positive product review. However, as we are only allowed to ask for a review (not a positive one) we want clients to have the best experience. To achieve that, we produced a quality product and this insert will offer the chance for customers to get their money back, customer support, product tips, and our company donating to environmental projects. To reap these benefits, customers will need to scan the QR code which will prompt them to their Messenger App and our customer representative Chris. Finally, Chris will lead them to leave a product review. So we’d like the insert to be appealing and easy to read.

Please find attached the marketing copy including the incentives and guidelines, our company logo, a photo of our customer representative and messenger icons for the layout. As we are at the early stage of the company, we don't have brand identity pack.

Format
We’d like the format of the insert to be like a thank you card: an A6 card (A5 page folded in half); 2 sided colour print on 250gsm white paper.

Layout
Front page of card: “Thank you” on the front page
Inside card: Incentives + instructions for scanning the QR code
Backpage: Company mission statement + logo
