Contest Brief

I am looking for a freelancer to create a flyer for me. I have a specific design in mind and would like the freelancer to bring it to life. The purpose of the flyer is to provide information to the general public. The target audience for the flyer is also the general public.

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Graphic design expertise
- Experience in creating visually appealing flyers
- Ability to bring a specific design idea to life
- Understanding of how to effectively communicate information to the general public through a flyer.

The colours for the flyer are; red, green, white and black. With text. I will give information over chat; once award project. It is a really simple project; should not take more than 1hr to complete. I need ai. File and also a pdf.
