I'm looking for a vector logo for the coral company Ultra LPS Corals.

I attached a current logo used AND a logo I had a good friend make that just isn't passing approval. I put it there so you can see an example of something that is NOT approved, so you can strive to make your logo approvable.
There's no guidelines on fonts or colors. I just need something that looks really good on both web and printed banners. It needs to have corals. It needs to be unique. I want something with a premium look/brand appearance.

  Yes, tell me what you'd like to know? This company sells corals that that people put in saltwater aquariums. LPS is a type of coral family. I'm looking for a logo redesign that is new, nothing like the old. Something with a new bold look that wells the brand as a premium brand to users looking at the logo. High end. exclusive, unique look.
