Contest Brief

I need an updated cover design for my book (see attached files).

Please keep to the idea of the man in despair as seen in the front cover. The art is intended to communicate darkness, despair, void and hopelessness. As you can see from the original art, the man is being blown away as if mere stardust.

The typography and imagery should be compatible with this

The winner of this contest should be able to provide mockups of the finished product, which includes creative effects including: foil stamping, embossing, and unique cover material (such as fabric). The handover should include all the original images, fonts, and editable versions that can be sent to the publishers.
