Create a one Page document that is professional, and visually appealing of all feedback from my business partners

Contest Brief

This one is super simple. I have a list of feedback I've recieved from various business partners and I need you to organize it into a visually appealing, and standard way.

The feedback should match verbatim, but doesn't need to have the entire sentence they provided. DOES NOT NEED TO BE BULLETED

The document should be provided back in a PDF, and I want all rights, and ability to edit, make changes, and provide to whomever I need to.

• Underwriting Manager 1/31/22 : "Best Process Mapper in the company"
• 11/13/22 Process Engineering Director - Team Spotlight Award: Works Collaboratively : "Thank you for your partnership, leadership and flexibility regarding the RCSA work. I am impressed with how you have embraced all the changes and continue to strive to make the program a success. This is one of the most important efforts going on in Wells Fargo and I couldn't be more proud of the team. Thank you for all you do!"
• 11/13/22 Business Execution Director : Team Spotlight Award : Is great at execution : "Thank you for your commitment and flexibility related to service modeling. There have been many changes, you have adapted. When we need to shift priorities as a company, you responded. I am certain we will be successful with a team like this."
• Assistant Vice President Escalations Manager 11/2022 : "Joe - great work and evidence of you excellent leadership throughout this process."
• 11/10/22 : Control Senior Manager: "You are a rock star!"
• 2021: Lead project manager: " I am going nuts. I feel like I'm not doing anything but failing at this point. I have no idea how we are going to get all of this done. I can't seem to ever get myself organized enough, there's not enough time in the day. You have been one of the biggest contributors to the little bit of sanity I have left with how you've been helping me out. You have no idea how much I appreciate you; I can't even put it into words."
• 2021 Lead Project Manager: "You have been such a huge contribution to this effort. There is no way we could have done all of this without you."
• 2021 Project Manager: "I keep saying, you are amazing to understand this all and even be able to map anything out with how the convos spin from one thought to another on each and every call. Not sure how you keep it all straight. "
• 2021: Lead Project Manager : " I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for all your efforts this week. This has been one of those crazy tough work weeks to say the least so high five to you for rolling with it even though we have had some major hurdles this week. You are appreciated for everything you do for this group!"
• 2021 Process Engineering Director: "Joe - Thank you for leading and driving this, while encountering and navigating through multiple obstacles. You kept your leadership hat on, continuing to successfully lead your team seamlessly. Meanwhile, you worked with your peers to problem solve and pivot to find an alternate way to achieve the needs in the moment. This work is critical to our business partners and your diligence and perseverance is greatly appreciated."
• 2021: Business Execution Director: "Joe, thank you for moving this effort forward. Sounds like you managed through many hurdles to deliver, that is leadership. Well done."

    It’s less about who and when the feedback was given by, and more about the content. I see a lot of people with bigger letters and don’t showing who the feedback was from, and when, which is more of a nice to know.

    A couple of questions/ queries - You cannot leave words out if the requirement is 'Verbatim " The definition of Verbatim is to repeat everything that was said or written exactly as it was originally said or written. You ask for a 1-page report - I see many of the entries including my Excel report are more than 1 page. Are you accepting/judging entries that consist of more than 1 page?

    This does not need to stay a bulleted list, and I REALLY like the one submitted that almost looks like messages, but the background graphics, brackets, and quotes are a little too much. Can anyone do something similar to that one ?
