Contest Brief

I am looking for a responsive email signature that looks like the attached picture of the business card (kelly business card to email sig sent FL,png).
It Must Be:
- Able to copy the HTML and paste in Gmail (HTML is the required transmission file type and or source code that can be converted to HTML)
- Look good on mobile (responsive)
- Look like the attached business card - if it looks a little different but better that is okay too.
- The information on the business card, name, phone, email, etc. is correct and to be included.
