Contest Brief

I was given a drawing of a starting tower for horse harness races. I need someone to covert this image into a black and white simple svg that can later be used to order an ink stamp. The image is too blurry to convert using an app so I would like someone to create their own version based off the image. I want the main details (bricks shingles and wind vane) without all the busy details so it makes a nice clean stamp. Thanks!
