I need a ad to a e-commerce website clean and profissional. This features have to be highlight:

Dimensions: width: 942px / heigth: free

Page load is very important!

Most important:
- Tablet with chip
- Cell phone functions, can make calls like a smartphone
- Acess internet direct from the 3G chip

Less important
- 2 cams
- Suport in Brasil
- Office, facebook, skype, whatsapp, gps, games
