Dear All
i need a good WordPress website template like in this google drive link:

you will find the shared link:
1 the PSD file of the homepage design (big screen and mobile) and the inner page design(big screen and mobile)
2 the HTML files for those pages (this version has some problem in the responsive , please fix it then complete the website)

3 I need the Website 2 language : Engilsh and Arabic (RTL)
4 Fully Dynamically any contents for homepage ,pages and portfolio pages

Final i will pay extra 100$ as bonus for the perfect website that has this feature:
1 without any mistake in:
a. the responsive :work on any device with any size without any problem.
b. basic content for all pages (home page, about us , our service, our portfolio, contact us) in 2 languages (English and Arabic)
