     @Sergej R please read a description (contest holder): It must have a transparent background and be saved as SVG animation no bigger than 5MB. # i will make it no bigger than 2Mb if contes holder, change description and increase price ;)

     You haven't understood the point - SVG is used to have small file size, resolution independence (thus crisp edges of shapes) and scripting. If I have time for this - the budget is too small, I'm making such animations for 250+ USD - I'll create SVG animation that will have max. 50 K.
